Coaching relationship

Coaching services are provided under a separate written agreement between you and Lis coaching co, executed at intake. Anything on this website is preliminary information and is not a contract.

Assumption of risk

Physical training involves inherent risk. By training with Lis coaching co, you acknowledge this and agree to communicate honestly about injuries, medications, and how your body is responding.
